Uniquely You 1-1 Sessions

If you are completely new to Yoga, mobility work, strength training, or meditation or if you are working with injuries and want to feel seen, heard, and accommodated in a private coaching space, as you create physical strength and resilience, this is the container for you.

This is also for you, if you are dealing with a great deal of stress from work, life, relationships, and are looking for meditation or energetic coaching to gain more clarity on your path, feel more aligned with your values, balance your nervous system, and be able to meet the challenges of the day with more presence.

There are a few plan offerings depending on how frequently you would like to meet!

Yearly 10 pass: this offers the most flexible scheduling (meeting around 1x per month) + new programming + video reference that's updated after each call (if this is needed). Weekly text check in to help keep you accountable and to record wins!

Uniquely You 60 (6 pass): this pass is for you if you'd prefer more regular face to face accountability (meeting 2x per month) you get new programming + video reference that's updated monthly (if this is needed). Weekly text check in to help keep you accountable and to record wins! This is best if you are completely new to intentional movement and/or mindfulness practices or are working with an injury that you need more direct support.

Uniquely You 30 (10 or 6 pass): this pass is for you if you'd prefer more regular face to face accountability (meeting 2-3x per month) but want a shorter more concise session. This is best if you are generally healthy with no major injuries or pain, but have very specific goals that you want to work on. Trust me 30 minutes goes fast! It's also the best option if you are interested in starting a meditation practice with life coaching blended in! 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time!

Weekly text check in to help keep you accountable and to record wins!
