This class and the regulars in it are incredible. It is an intimate group of no more than 10-12 people and I curate the class based on the needs of the group to cultivate a strong Hatha Yoga Mobility practice, as well as functional movement skills for long term injury prevention.

We meet every Thursday at 7pm EST. At present this is the only group class time on the schedule.

  • You are athletically inclined, but completely new to Yoga, mobility practices, and mindfulness.

  • You are coming out of rehab or have worked with me privately (and are out of intense pain) and looking for a practice that's paced to observe past injuries, but also to challenge you.

  • You want an actual live virtual class where the coach (me) sees you, hears you, and makes direct recommendations to help you improve. (So many virtual yoga classes now days are simply pre recorded videos in apps and there is no direct face to face contact with your coach).

  • Thursdays @7pm (EST) is a time that works for you!

  • You want to join a dedicated community of movers (we've been at it 4+ years to help keep you accountable)!

From Pain to Presence 12 pass

This is a powerful 12 week movement and mindset coaching program that will help you gain clarity on your chronic back, SI, and/or hip pain experience, so that you can manage painful flare ups, learn exactly which movements and mindfulness techniques to do to relieve pain, and lay the foundation for the mind body strength and resilience that will keep you pain free.

This is perfect for you if you’re a woman experiencing chronic back, SI, and hip pain that is fine one minute and debilitating the next, and would like to experience freedom from the chronic pain roller coaster.  In this program you will… 

  • Get clarity on why your pain is so unpredictable so that you can prevent painful flare ups.
  • Finally understand how chronic pain works so that you don’t have to feel afraid of reinjury. 
  • Gain confidence to know exactly what movements to do and when to relieve pain and build strength. 
  • Learn how to be present with big emotions and sensations to reframe how you feel about pain. 
  • Feel more freedom as you no longer feel afraid that exercise and movement will lead to reinjury. 

In addition, accountability and support are a part of any great program that helps you get results which is why we will meet:

Month 1: 4x per month for 60 minutes 

Month 2: 4x per month for 60 minutes 

Month 3: 4x per month for 60 minutes 

This allows us to set you up for success from the start, with deeper 1-1 support initially, check in on your progress and make any shifts you need so you will feel seen and supported in alleviating chronic back, SI and/or hip pain, and in building true strength and resilience. 

All sessions are easily and conveniently conducted over zoom.

This program also includes:

M-F Voxer support to answer any questions you may have and to get coaching if you are working through a challenge. 

Call recordings and homework support so that you can put coaching into practice and feel empowered with tools to manage pain. 

This pass expires after 15 weeks you and receive three last minute cancellations per pass at no extra charge.
