Chronic pain is really hard.


Especially when the main areas you experience it is in your back, SI, or hips.

These areas are at the center of the body and at the center of every movement you make. When they hurt it can feel so debilitating and no one truly understands unless they’ve experienced it themselves.

It can feel impossible to stay calm and not spiral into fear based thinking during a flare up, which generally makes things worse.

And not knowing exactly what triggers a painful flare can feel frustrating and leave you constantly on guard.

It can also feel challenging to feel safe to exercise and build strength, even though you know you really need to, because every time you try, you end up in another flare. And just can’t stay consistent.
