I became a yoga and exercise therapist because I spent most of my 20’s and early 30’s navigating debilitating chronic low back, SI pain, and referred hip tightness and mobility issues. I also struggled for years with depression, anxiety, and managing big emotions.
I know first hand how frustrating it is to want to live and move freely, but to have a body that feels like it’s in opposition to this flow.

I now move better in my 40's than I did in my 20's and have supported hundreds of women over the past decade who've struggled with chronic pain, mobility limitations, and emotional overwhelm with the tools to feel strong, and to move, live, and play with less pain and more freedom.
