Hi, I'm Krista Quinn and I know what it's like to feel like your body is working against you.
For years, I was trapped in the same cycle you're in: persistent back and SI pain that came out of nowhere, that derailed my training, and left me constantly afraid of what movement might "set it off." I tried everything. I read everything. And nothing gave me the full picture.
Everything changed when I discovered the truth: Persistent pain isn't just a musculoskeletal problem that needs strength, it's also a nervous system pattern that needs understanding.
For over a decade, I've helped hundreds of women free themselves from chronic back, SI, and hip pain using brain-based personal training, yoga, and nervous system work. I've practiced intentional, nervous system-forward movement for 25 years and studied with countless mentors to understand what actually creates lasting transformation.

I work with everyone from data scientists to energy healers. Everything I teach is grounded in pain neuroscience, nervous system research, and practical movement science and the mindfulness and nervous system regulation tools are evidence-based practices that happen to feel intuitive, but they're backed by research. You'll get the science you need, and the magic of working with your intuition.
"Will this workshop be physically demanding? I'm in a bad flare-up right now."
While this workshop is primarily educational and while we will explore some gentle, movement techniques together so you can feel the concepts in your body, if you are in a significant flare up, a better option would be for you to book a free 1-1 30 min. connection call. It will be challenging for you to be present with the information if you are in 7 out of 10 or more pain place.
"What if my pain has been going on for years? What if it's really severe?"
This workshop is designed specifically for women with persistent, chronic pain that's been around for decades. The longer you've been dealing with this, the more layers there are to unravel, and the more powerful it can be to finally understand what's happening. Many of my long-term clients had pain for 5 to 10+ years before we worked together. That said, this workshop is educational, not medical treatment. If you haven’t been through rehab and ruled out serious red flags with a medical professional, please consult your doctor.
"Does this apply to SI joint and hip pain too or just low back?"
The nervous system framework we'll learn applies to all persistent musculoskeletal pain in the low back, SI joint, and hip region. Many women experience pain in multiple areas, and understanding the common thread changes the entire picture. However, this emphasis of this workshop will be on the low back and SI and won’t specifically address the biomechanics of hip pain.
"I'm in my 70’s—is there an age range for this?"
Not at all. I work with women from their mid 20s through their 70s. The science of pain and nervous system regulation is universal. The only difference I've noticed is that sometimes it takes more patience to shift long-held beliefs about pain, but transformation is absolutely possible at any age. In fact, some of my most profound client transformations have been with women in their 50's and 60's.
