This is a powerful 12 week movement and mindset coaching program that will help you gain clarity on your chronic back, SI, and/or hip pain experience, so that you can manage painful flare ups, learn exactly which movements and mindfulness techniques to do to relieve pain, and lay the foundation for the mind body strength and resilience that will keep you pain free.

In addition, accountability and support are a part of any great program that helps you get results which is why we will meet:
Month 1: 4x per month for 60 minutes
Month 2: 4x per month for 60 minutes
Month 3: 4x per month for 60 minutes
This allows us to set you up for success from the start, with deeper 1-1 support initially, check in on your progress and make any shifts you need so you will feel seen and supported in alleviating chronic back, SI and/or hip pain, and in building true strength and resilience.
All sessions are easily and conveniently conducted over zoom.

M-F Voxer support to answer any questions you may have and to get coaching if you are working through a challenge.
Call recordings and homework support so that you can put coaching into practice and feel empowered with tools to manage pain.
This pass expires after 15 weeks you and receive three last minute cancellations per pass at no extra charge.
